JPC refers to JPEG 2000 and may not be familiar to the average program.
.webpWebP won't open?
This is a normal picture from the Internet: for sending or an old program, it can be converted to JPG or PNG.
.tiffIs TIFF too big?
TIFF is often used for scans and sources. It is convenient to convert it to JPG for viewing and sending.
.cr2CR2 won't open?
CR2 is Canon's original RAW, not a finished photo for viewing.
.nefNEF won't open?

.svgSVG won't open?
It isn't a photo, it's vector graphics. Any browser opens it with nothing to install; if the file is too heavy, compress it.
.bmpIs BMP too big?
BMP is a standard Windows format with no convenience for sending. Make a JPG or PNG.
.pdfA PDF that weighs tens of megabytes?
Scans and screenshots inside are almost always the reason. The text is a fraction of a percent of the file.
.docxWord document too big to send?
A DOCX is a ZIP archive. Its weight comes from pasted screenshots and photos, not from the words you typed.
.pptxDeck too large to email?
A PPTX is 82 to 99 percent pictures. They are what hits the attachment limit, not the slides.
